Strictly compliant with JIS B 5012, ISO 10243 and US standards, covering the full range of color grades from light to extra-heavy load. Made from high-hardness silicon-chromium alloy steel (55CrSi), engineered for high-frequency, high-load conditions such as stamping and die work.

Compression SpringCOMPRESSION SPRING MANUFACTURING

Available in round-wire and special-section compression springs, with wire diameter and load range supporting precise customization. Both end faces are precision-ground, deburred and stress-relieved under high compression, delivering excellent fatigue resistance and structural stability for a wide range of mechanical assemblies.

Extension SpringEXTENSION SPRING MANUFACTURING

Supports complex forming of English hooks, German hooks, half hooks and various irregular long side hooks. Initial tension and hook-spacing tolerances are tightly controlled to ensure response accuracy in return mechanisms, tensioning devices and general-purpose mechanisms.
